Refund Policy

1. Returns  

We accept returns.
If you would like to return your items, Everlasting Atelier must be contacted within 10 days of receipt of goods. No returned goods will be accepted unless a return authorisation has been given by email: orders@everlastingbrows.com

You can return unopened and unused items in the original packaging within 10 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 10 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.  

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price, however a 10% fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of administration and credit card processing. Your credit will be applied to your original method of payment.  

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.  
Why a refund may not be given
If the item is materially similar to the description and preview and works the way it should, there is generally no obligation to provide a refund in situations like the following:

• the item did not meet your expectations;
• you simply changed your mind;
• you bought an item by mistake;
• you do not have sufficient expertise to use the item;
• you ask for goodwill;
• you damaged the item by trying to make any repairs/ alterations.
However, always reach out to us as we will consider each case individually and decide on the best course of action in your particular case.

2. Exchanges  

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at orders@everlastingbrows.com with details of the product and the defect. 

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.  

3. Exceptions  

Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include: any items on sale or special offer. 

4. Shipping  

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage of products during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping. 
5. Discrepancies
If there are any discrepancies with your order, please contact us within the refund period to have this resolved. Any issues past this time cannot be verified and therefore will not be accepted.
