HOW TO BECOME AN ELLEEBANA EDUCATOR?

To apply to become an Elleebana Educator, you should undertake the following steps:
Register your interest
Contact Elleebana Europe to express your interest in becoming an Elleebana Educator, including a short covering message about why you’d like to teach for Elleebana and your proposed teaching location (details on how to apply are covered at the end of this blog).
Professional Bio
Prepare a professional biography detailing your industry experience, qualifications, training, and motivation to become an Elleebana Educator.
Professional Portfolio
Submit a Professional Portfolio showcasing high quality images of your recent work (your instagram account is sufficient). At Elleebana Europe, we like to work with Educators who are continually investing in training and are keeping up-to-date with the latest techniques and industry trends.
Training Courses
List all the Training Courses that you have undertaken. Before becoming an Elleebana Educator, it is vital that you have completed all the Elleebana Training Courses that you wish to teach, including the Elleebana Lash Lift Course, Lash & Brow Lamination Course and Brow Henna Course. We will also take on Educators who have trained with other lash and brow brands, but a requirement beforehand will be to convert to Elleebana Training Courses listed above, which we can assist you in.
Once you have submitted all this information, we will assess your qualifications and expertise to check that you are at the correct level and skill set to train to become an Elleebana Educator. If you don't meet the criteria, we will help you gaining more experience and building your portfolio to align with Elleebana's brand standards.
Location
Consider your training location, will it be your salon or current training space? Or perhaps you are more comfortable going out to your student locations for training, all are completely acceptable and welcome.
What does the Elleebana Instructor Training Program include?
The Elleebana instructor training program encompasses both the in-person course and comprehensive product & technique knowledge, equipping you with the skills to effectively conduct classes and represent the Elleebana brand. The training will begin with a full course, including hands-on practice with models, followed by in-depth instructor education. This program will be held at Elleebana’s European headquarters in London, UK.
At the end of the training, we will arrange an assessment where you undertake a class and complete a presentation to a live audience. Here we assess how you deliver the training and manage the class.
Upon becoming a certified Elleebana Trainer, you will be authorised to conduct training sessions in accordance with Elleebana’s official protocols and issue accredited Elleebana certificates.
As a trainer, you will be required to purchase a student kit, manual, and certificate for each student you teach. Additionally, once certified, you will receive a 15% discount on all Elleebana products for as long as you’re teaching for Elleebana.
What is expected of you as an Elleebana Educator?
- Completion of the following Elleebana Training Courses that you wish to teach:
- Elleebana Lash Lift Course
- Elleebana Lash & Brow Lamination Course
- Elleebana Brow Henna Course
- Elleebana Conversion Course
- Elleebana Instructor Training program
- To provide the highest standards of teaching and professionalism ‘the Elleebana way’.
- To provide ongoing and lifelong support to all your Elleebana students
- To provide the correct teaching materials, learning materials and Elleebana kits
- To attend all the Elleebana Standardisation Meetings in person or via Zoom.
- To follow all Elleebana’s protocols and curriculum.
